What is ADHD?
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a unique set of strengths and challenges not yet fully understood nor embraced by the “norm.” Strengths can include hyperfocus on activities and topics of interest and a steadfast devotion to the people and things you love. Challenges can include inability to focus or prioritize, impulsivity, and distractibility. The level and severity of these strengths and challenges may vary from person to person.

I was formally introduced to ADHD with my son’s diagnosis. From his birth, I knew my son was unique; filled with strengths and challenges. I absorbed knowledge about ADHD to equip me to help him develop. Through this period, I gained a perspective of ADHD. I think about past experiences of society’s negative perception of ADHD, and neglected the strengths. From these experiences and knowledge, I can help clients with a new perspective.
ADHD Life Coaching
Life coaching is different from counseling, therapy, mentoring and consulting. No instructions, no recommendations, and no fix/repair are provided through coaching. It is a partnership that combines the expertise of a client and coach. The client is the expert of themselves. Life coaches have the expertise to guide a discussion with compassionate curiosity to invoke client self-awareness.

About Me - Bryan Asche
Curiosity led me to this journey; connecting with others keeps it alive.
When my son was diagnosed with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder in early childhood, I knew nothing about ADHD. I recognized his uniqueness, marked by both exceptional strengths and significant challenges, but I had no idea how profoundly both the highs and lows would shape his life and mine. To support him, I educated myself about ADHD, and my initial curiosity grew into a passion.
Prior to training as an ADHD life coach, I enjoyed a successful career as a structural engineer. Engineering taught me to appreciate the strength and beauty in all natural materials and the importance of leveraging robust resources to balance the weaker ones. Now I use this unique perspective to help my clients recognize their inherent strengths and use them to overcome their challenges. As an ADHD professional and parent, I understand the societal misconceptions and negative perceptions individuals with ADHD face. It is my mission to guide you toward greater self-awareness and wellbeing through a celebration of YOU
